Payment Terms

Full payment is required prior to the commencement of the evacuation service. All fees are non-refundable unless the evacuation is cancelled by evacu.me.

Limitation of Liability

evacu.me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
